Panchakarma Treatment

Panchakarma is Ayurveda's five-fold purification. Done properly it needs preparation, supervision and after-care — which is exactly why we built an in-patient hospital around it.

How a course runs

Three stages, always in this order

Skipping Purvakarma or Paschatkarma is the most common reason Panchakarma disappoints.

01

Purvakarma — preparation

Digestive medicines, internal oleation with medicated ghee, then Abhyanga and Swedana to mobilise toxins toward the gut.

02

Pradhankarma — the main procedure

The prescribed Shodhana itself: Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya or Raktamokshana, performed under physician supervision.

03

Paschatkarma — after-care

Samsarjana Krama diet, rasayana medicines, and a routine that keeps the correction stable for months.
