Ayurvedic therapist chooses the type of herbal medicated oil or ghee to be utilised, after assessing your health & body shape. The person is made to lie down in a prone state. The dough is designed with black gram flour. Then It is made into a round shaped ring with a proper height & put over the umbilical spot. Chakra Basti is performed by spraying the lukewarm medicated oil or ghee in the cavity. The lukewarm temperature of oil or ghee is continuously observed by a therapist.
